All we require is enough space to set the booth up and one standard UK electrical socket and bunch of budding Pro-Posers and we are good to go.

We will be present throughout the duration of your hire period. Our booth attendants ensure that the photos stay awesome, the printer topped up and encourage people to use the booth (not that much encouragement is usually needed).

We believe that booths should be just that – an enclosed space to allow you and your guests to create photos as you like without others watching! Our booths have a stunning black backdrop which creates awesome photos! We dont use Mirrors here at Pro-Pose purely for this reason.

We ask for a deposit payment of £100 to secure any booking and the final balance is due 60 days before the event.

Yes, we have over one hundred different templates to choose from for your event but if you want something a little more bespoke such as matching up your theme, company logo, website or invitation then we will design something specific for your event at no extra cost. We ask that you allow 2 to 3 weeks for the books to be designed and delivered and these books will contain around 160 of your best photos from the night.

Yes, we have a vintage suitcase packed with quality assortment of props (theres no tacky blow up microphones or guitars here at Pro-Pose!)

During a 4 hours hire period we can take anything from 300 to 500 photos.

We aim to have the photos up and ready for you and your guests to enjoy within 24 hours and will send you the necessary link.

We allow 2 hours maximum to set up both the gloss white booth and vintage booth. On most occasions we can have them up and running in an hour but always allow plenty of time.

Idle time is when we set up the booth earlier on in the day and leave it until the evening when your ready to start taking awesome photos. We charge an hourly rate for the idle period.

Yes more often than not especially if its a venue we have never been before – we will always put a call in and let them know when we aim to arrive and set up just to ensure your event runs smoothly.

We can arrange for the booths to display company graphics and logos etc.....call Dan for a specific quote
