Every package includes four hours of unlimited booth time, unlimited visits and prints, an online gallery with high-resolution photo downloads, quality props, a bespoke print template, early setup and a friendly Pro-Pose attendant throughout.
When do you arrive?
We normally arrive around two hours before your booked start time, so the booth is set up, tested and ready before your guests need it.
Will you speak to our venue?
Yes. We already know most venues throughout Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. If we need to confirm anything, particularly at a venue we have not visited before, we liaise directly with the venue about access, positioning and setup so you do not have to organise it for us.
Where do you provide photo booth hire?
We cover Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and the wider South East. The advertised package prices apply to venues within 50 miles of SG18 8YS. Venues farther afield are priced according to the additional distance, with any travel cost made clear before you book.
Are the prints really unlimited?
Yes. Guests can visit as often as they like during the hire period, and everyone in the photo can take a print home.
Can the booth take black-and-white photos?
Yes. Our professional booth software allows guests to choose black-and-white photos as well as colour, giving everyone another way to make their photos suit the occasion.
When do we choose our print design?
Around 60 days before your occasion, we contact you to create your bespoke print design. It can match your invitations, colours, theme or company branding at no extra cost.
Can we see a copy of your template brochure?
Yes. It contains more than 80 designs that can be adapted to suit your occasion, or used as inspiration for something bespoke. View and download the template brochure
Can we book more or fewer booth hours?
Of course. Additional booth hours are charged at £100 per hour. If you require three hours rather than the four included in our packages, £100 is deducted from your chosen package price.
Do you bring props and an attendant?
Yes. We bring a quality selection of props, and a friendly Pro-Pose attendant stays throughout the hire to keep everything running smoothly and help guests get involved.
Where can guests find their photos afterwards?
Use the prominent Your Photos link at the top of the website, choose the year, find your occasion and select the link to view and download the photos.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer is our usual payment method. A £100 deposit secures your date, and the final balance is due 60 days before your occasion. If you would prefer to pay by card, let us know and we can send you a secure payment link.
Are you insured?
Yes. Pro-Pose carries £5 million public liability cover. Our current certificate is available here for clients and venues. View our insurance certificate
